SZLH508 Feed Pellet Machine
SZLH series pellet machine is the new designed product of our company and as the main parts of the fodder machinery system. The pellet mill has forced material-entrance and overload protection device, ring die with large diameter has been used in this machine to make material fully cured, and make the pellet smoother. The formation rate reaches 98% and the equipment wearing rate reduced.

operational principle：
The transformation of a soft feed into a hard pellet is accomplished by compression, extrusion, and adhesion. The general process involves passing a feed mixture through a conditioner where 4 to 6 percent water (usually as steam) may be added. Moisture provides lubrication for compression and extrusion. Also in the presence of heat causes some gelatinization of raw starch present on the surface of vegetative ingredients, providing the necessary adhesion for firm pellets. A high volume of water vapour condenses on the surface of feed particles, wetting and softening them for better compression.
Structure:
The process of pelleting involves forcing soft feed through holes in the ring die. Rollers mounted inside the die ring on a eccentric, turn on a rotating shaft as friction develops (due to the presence of feed between roller and ring die). Feed is forced through the ring die holes in increments so that dissection of a finished pellet shows tight layers of feed mixture. The ring die is driven by a motor and the rollers turn only as feed between rollers and die develops friction.
